Having endured a sea journey halfway round the world and then subjected to three rather damp Welsh winters it was hardly suprising that the Diema 0-6-0 diesel locomotive was looking rather tatty. With the other large diesel Chattenden back in traffic there was an opportunity to take it out of service for a well deserved repaint.

These two views the loco is seen in the carriage shed at Tanllan.
